Chili con Queso Dip

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 pinch cumin
• 4 ounces chopped green chilis
• 1 cup canned chopped tomatoes
• ½ cup chopped onion
• ½ pound shredded jack cheese
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Directions

1. Microwave butter on high for 30 seconds.
2. Add next 5 ingredients, cover with plastic wrap (leaving vent) and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
4. Add cheese and cook 1 minute.
5. Stir and cook 1 minute.
6. Stir in cilantro.
7. Serve with tortilla chips.
