Chile Cheese Spread

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) light cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz) 3 green onions, finely chopped 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1 T. adobo sauce form can 1/2 t. Creole seasoning 1/2 t. ground cumin 1/2 t. chili powder 1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 t. hot sauce 1/3 cup pecan pieces, toasted Green onion curls, pecan halves for garnish

Combine cream cheese and next 9 ingredients in a food processor and pulse 3 times, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in toasted pecans and chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables. Makes 3 cups.
