• 1/2 Onion, chopped
• 1 stalk of lemon grass 6" long
• 1 lbs Chicken pieces, skinned
• -boned
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 cup passion fruit juice
• 1/4 tsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 nectarines, pitted, sliced
• 4 tsp chopped cilantro
