In Romanian: Pui cu mazare verde

[edit] Ingredients

• 1 medium Chicken,
• 1 3/4 lbs/750 g green peas,
• 1 tablespoon butter,
• 1/2 teaspoon flour,
• 1/2 teaspoon Sugar,
• chopped dill,
• salt

[edit] Directions

1. Clean and wash the Chicken and cut into pieces.
2. Fry in butter until yellow.
3. Add the flour and fry until yellow.
4. Then add 1/2 cup water, salt, Sugar and Peas.
5. Let simmer, covered, and when almost ready, add the chopped dill.
