  1. Sauté onions and peppers in a pan for 1 minute.
  2. Bring water to a boil and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir and simmer sauce on low heat.
  4. Clean Chicken with lemon juice or vinegar and rinse with hot water.
  5. Season Chicken with parsley, thyme, garlic, and adobe or preferred spices.
  6. Marinate over night or 3-4 hours.
  7. Boil Chicken in a pot for 20 minutes.
  8. Prepare Sauce.
  9. Brown Chicken in pan with 2 tbsp oil.
  10. Simmer Chicken in sauce or 10- 15 minutes.
