Chicken and Corn Chowder I

Ingredients

• 1 12 oz package frozen corn, or 1 1/2 cups canned corn
• 4 medium potatoes chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
• 2 cups cooked shredded Chicken
• 1 quart chicken broth
• 1 can (12 oz) coconut milk

Directions

1. Cook potatoes in chicken broth until tender but not mushy.
2. Add corn and Chicken and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add coconut milk. Serve immediately.
