Ingredients[]
- 1 12 oz package frozen corn, or 1 1/2 cups canned corn
- 4 medium potatoes chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 cups cooked shredded Chicken
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 can (12 oz) coconut milk
Directions[]
- Cook potatoes in chicken broth until tender but not mushy.
- Add corn and Chicken and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add coconut milk. Serve immediately.
