- 1 chicken, cut-up
- pressure cooker, ½ full of water
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅛ to ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 inch square ginger (don't cut up)
- 3 to 4 bay leaves
- Put all ingredients into pressure cooker and cook until done, about 45 minutes.
- Thicken gravy with Wondra flour or cornstarch if desired.
- Serve over rice.
