In Romanian: Compot de cirese

[edit] Ingredients

• 2 lbs/1 kg cherries
• 3 tablespoons Sugar
• water to cover
• a little vanilla stick

[edit] Directions

1. Wash the cherries and place in a pot.
2. Add the Sugar, vanilla and water to cover.
3. Let boil for a little while. Serve cold.
