CHERRIES IN CREAM CAKES 1 pkg. Betty Crocker (super moist) cherry chip cake mix

1 c. sour cream or low fat sour cream

2 tbsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 can cherry pie filling or lite cherry pie filling (21 oz.)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare and bake cake mix in 2 round pans 8 or 9 x 1 1/2 inch as directed on package. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans. Cool cake completely. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over top of cakes. Spoon pie filling over sour cream mixture. Store cake in refrigerator.
