  1. Blend cheeses.
  2. Chop 1/3 cup ; stir into Cheese mixture.
  3. Add rice, eggs and salt.
  4. Spread into buttered 13x9-inch baking pan.
  5. Top rice mixture with nuts, parsley and remaining 1/3 cup, sliced.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes, or until set.
  7. Chill one hour.
  8. Cut into 1-1/2 by 1-inch bars.
