- 1 tbsp cream cheese, light
- 1/2 tsp Sugar, granulated
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat toaster oven to 350 °F. In small bowl combine all ingredients except bread. Set bread on toaster-oven tray; spread half of the Cheese mixture on each slice on bread.
