- 1/3 cup Inst. mashed potatoes
- -Idahoan brand, or boiled
- 2 cup -water
- 4 oz Roast peppers
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp arrowroot
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Bouillon, or imit. Chicken
1 Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2 Then add to sauce pan and heat on medium with continuous stirring until barely boiling and sauce is thick and smooth.
3 Serve imeejetly, if not sooner.
4 Great on anything on which you"d use a Cheese sauce or it"s even good by itself.
5 If you reheat, first add a little water, stir, then heat.
6 : the original rcp calls for pimientos, but roast peppers give it a much better flavor.
