Ingredients Edit

  • 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimientos
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced Onion
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions Edit

  1. Combine soup, pimientos, 1/4 cup parsley and Onion in large bowl.
  2. Add rice and mix well.
  3. Turn into greased 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Top with Cheese and remaining 1/4 cup parsley.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
