Cheese Sauce Cubes

1 pkg. sharp cheese (8 oz) 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup margarine 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 t. salt 1 t. dry mustard 2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk 2 T. water

Grate cheese. Add to 3/4 cup water in pan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth. Melt butter in another pan. Remove from heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Stir in salt, mustard and Worcestershire. Add melted cheese. Stir until smooth. Add milk and 2 T. water, stirring until smooth. Pour sauce into loaf dish. Freeze until consistency of ice cream. Cut into 32 cubes. Remove to chilled tray. Freeze until solid, package and store in freezer. Cheese Sauce: Stir 6 frozen cheese sauce cubes into 3/4 cup milk. Cook over medium heat until thick and smooth. Cheese Sauced Limas: If you prefer to sauce limas in the pan in which you cook them, cook 1 pkg. frozen limas in 3/4 cup boiling water until tender.
