  1. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, juice and egg yolk.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. With rolling pin, flatten 1 package of rolls, closing up seams.
  4. Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolled pastry.
  5. Pour in cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll out remaining dough on waxed paper to 9 x 13 inches.
  7. Invert pastry over cheese mixture.
  8. Remove waxed paper.
  9. Beat egg white until frothy.
  10. Spread over top crust.
  11. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
  12. Cool.
  13. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
