Makes about 5 dozen.

  1. Combine rice, Cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, Onion, mustard and pepper sauce.
  2. Chill.
  3. Form into small balls using 1 tablespoon mixture for each.
  4. Blend breadcrumbs and paprika.
  5. Roll balls in breadcrumbs.
  6. Deep-fat fry at 375 degrees until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  7. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
