• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk

[edit] Directions

1. Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler, over hot but not boiling water.
2. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk and if a thinner sauce is desired, 1/4 cup of water.
3. Stir over the hot water until well blended and smooth
