Ingredients Edit

• 1 (6-oz) can Starkist™ albacore tuna, drained
• 2 tbsp chopped red, green and yellow bell peppers
• 1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
• 1 tsp orange juice
• 1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 pita, hot dog bun or your choice of bread/bun/roll
• ½ cup shredded lettuce

Directions Edit

1. In small bowl, stir together tuna with remaining ingredients except pita and mix.
2. Cut pita in ½ and stuff with lettuce and tuna mix.
