Every Merchant in France Has His Special Blend of Quatre-Espices (four Spices). This One Has Been Expanded to Include t Spices:
- 4 T. white pepper
- 1 T. Grated nutmeg
- 1 T. ground ginger
- 1/2 T. Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 T. Ground Cloves
