  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add tea bags, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to tea and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Strain and serve hot.
