This is my favorite recipe. If you like the authentic taste of Indian restaurant tea this is it.
- ¼ tsp black peppercorns
- ¼ teaspoons carom seeds
- 1 tsp dried ginger or 2 – 3 slices of fresh gingerroot
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 black cardamom pod
- seeds from 25 green cardamom pods
- 4 cloves
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- 1 – 2 teaspoons of loose tea or a tea bag (any kind of tea will work, I like black or green tea.
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of milk
