- 10 eggs (large grade a)
- 1/4 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced Muenster Cheese
- 1/4 cup grated nacho Cheese
- 1/3 cup (optional)spicy Cheese
- 3/4 cup Bacon (cook to your desired tendency)
- 2 t butter
prepare Bacon to desired tenderness, place on paper towel and put another sheet on top of it.crack all eggs into a bowl, stir w/ a fork, break Bacon into little pieces. add Bacon and Cheese in with the eggs, mix thouroughly.greese skillet w/ butter. pour in a little bit of mixture at a time. make one omelette at a time.
