  1. In large pot, heat oil.
  2. Saute onion and garlic until onions are transparent.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and bay leaf.
  4. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
  5. Add water, wine and clam juice.
  6. Simmer uncovered 45 minutes.
  7. Add shrimp, catfish, salt and pepper.
  8. Cook 10 minutes, or until catfish flakes easily.
  9. Remove bay leaf.
  10. Garnish each serving with chopped coriander and lemon slices.
