2 lbs. catfish fillets, chunked 1 cup chopped green pepper 2 Tbsp. butter 2 cloves minced garlic 1� tsp. salt pepper to taste 1 lb. red kidney beans 1 lb. can tomatoes, undrained 6 oz. tomato paste
Saut� green pepper & garlic in butter until tender. Add seasonings. Mix well. Add beans & tomatoes. Cover & simmer 15 minutes. Add fish. Cover & simmer 15 more minutes until fish flakes easily.
