  • Poulet Yasa is made of peanut oil, chicken, onion, lemon juice, vinegar, bay leaf, mustard, garlic, magi cube or magi sauce, chili pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, cabbage and carrots.
  • Shitor Din is a delicious Togolese sauce made with dried shrimps or dried prawns, dried chili pepper or red pepper flakes, oil and salt. Shitor Din is served with any grilled chicken, fish or meat.
