The “Sweetened Cream Cheese Cake” is a delicious Tibetan dessert .The main ingredients for this Tibetan dessert are: cream cheese , sour cream , milk , sugar , sifted flour , baking powder , salt , almonds , cashews, gold raisins and coconut. The cream cheese needs to be mix with sour cream, milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt until a smooth mixture is obtained. Almonds, cashews, raisins and coconut are also added to this mixture. The final mixture needs to be baked until the top becomes lightly brown.

The “Sikarini” is a spiced sweet yogurt pistachio dessert made of yogurt, sour cream, double cream, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, saffron and pistachio nuts.

The yogurt and sour cream are mixed in a large bowl. The yogurt mixture is put into a large colander with a cheese lair. Next step is to add the sugar cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, dissolved saffron and pistachio nuts. This Tibetan dessert is served chilled and topped with pistachio nuts. “Cheese Balls in Cream Syrup” is another tasteful Tibetan dessert made of ricotta cheese, cream cheese, milk, sugar, flour, milk, cardamom, water, saffron and almonds. A mixture is prepared from all these ingredients from which the cheese balls are made.
