The Taiwanese seafood is specialized on: squid, octopus, smelt fish, mackeral, salmon, clams, abalone, scallops, and shrimp. The seafood can be easy to prepare, as just fried it tastes delicious. The fried oysters are a very common dish, found on the entire Taiwanese coast. The Taiwanese sushi is very famous, too and it is served with Korean spices, tuna salad and Chinese dried pork sung. San pei chicken is a traditional meal that means the three cup chicken, because of the three cups with sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine that are brought with the meat. The lanjiaburger is the original Taiwanese hamburger, made of pork with sour pickles and wrapped in a steamed bun. The sausages are sold even in the street, on portable stands. They are prepared with rice, like a hotdog, or simple with sweet meat. There is a range of meals named hakka, like the hakka pork, which is prepared with shallot greens, the hakka duck and the hakka noodles.
