There are: beef curry with stewing beef, garlic, ginger root, vinegar, salt, powdered black pepper, roasted curry powder, red chili powder, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, rampe, onions, vegetable oil, coconut milk or fresh milk, and tomato paste or sauce; cashew curry which consists of coconut milk or water, onions, fresh green chilies, garlic, cinnamon, rampe, curry leaves, ground turmenic, vegetable oil, curry powder, and coconut milk or fresh milk; chicken curry with lemon juice, garlic, ginger root, salt, black pepper, dry red chili powder, roasted curry powder, cardamom, curry leaves, cloves, rampe, cinnamon, onion, tomato paste or sauce, coconut milk, and vegetable oil; leeks mirisata which is fried leeks with chilli and it contains leek, cooking oil, ground turmenic, fish, chilli powder, and salt; lentils Sri Lankan style with coconut milk, red chilli, Maldive fish, ground turmenic, cooking oil, curry leaves, onions, cinnamon, lemon grass, pandan leaf, coconut milk, and salt; lunu miris with onions, Maldive fish, red chili powder, lime juice, and salt; malu abulthiyal which consists of fish, salt, black pepper, goraka, curry leaves, turmenic powder, rampe, garlic, cinnamon, curry powder, and water; yellow fish curry with salmon, tuna, shark, or scallops, coconut milk, onion, water, garlic, mustard, turmenic, lime juice, and salt; hot and spicy fish curry which contains shark or red mullet, red pepper powder, curry powder, black pepper, garlic, vinegar, salt, and water; pepper crab with garlic, coriander seeds, onion, cornflour, white pepper, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sesame oil.
