In Spain, a lot of the dishes can represent just a snack to a gourmand. Polenta, a consistent cornmeal mixture, will be served as a side dish immediately after preparation or as a snack after it gets cold. Bread can represent a snack as well, especially if the bread is made with herbs and vegetable oils. Goat cheese can also be added inside the bread before baking it, to make a more delicious snack. Grated porcini mushrooms can represent a great snack as well, and you can serve them with melted cheese on top to make it tastier. Another great Spanish snack, is a sweet one, namely the Churro, which is mainly a pastry-based snack which is fried in oil until it gets a crispy delicious cover.
