The recipes in the Rajasthani cuisine are not generally hot and fiery, though they are certainly very favourable. In the cuisine of Rajasthan you will most definitely find a lot of recipes related to bread and vegetables. Bread and vegetables are actually holy for the Rajasthani people. This is a Rajasthani traditional belief. Nevertheless, you will find many recipes related to various kinds of breads and vegetables in the cuisine of Rajasthan.
