Burghul Pilaf which is made of half kilogram burghul that means cracked wheat, three teaspoons of butter, one medium onion which has to be chopped, one kilogram of beef or chicken stock and salt with pepper for taste. Boil the dry burghul in the butter until thoroughly encrusted and bubbly. Cook onion separately until soft and yellow. Blend burghul and onion. After you prepared the mixture add stock. Beat well and place in a covered casserole. Let in oven for at least fifteen minutes.
