Appetizers are served before every meal mostly before lunch and dinner; usually appetizers are served on a big plateau from which you can grab whatever you like more. The plateau is made of a combination of seafood like shrimps, caviar, lobster, oysters and a variety of fish type served with exotic fruits like pawpaw, passion fruit, and pineapples. The plateau is also arranged with green leaves mostly for the aspect. Baked sweet potatoes is a delicious dish made with mashed potatoes or kau kau, butter, finely sliced onions, grounded cinnamon, salt and pepper. Baked sweet potatoes can also be served as snack.
