Chuchuck mostly appreciated in the provinces are actually sausages made from horsemeat. Beef, pork and poultry meat is not very used in Kyrgyzstan cuisine. People from Kyrgyzstan consume a lot of fish served smoked or dried. Meat dishes are generally arranged with delicious seasonings and vegetables. There are many ways of serving meat such as soups, stews and the most famous meat recipes are: shorpo (mutton soup), jarkop (stewed meat with potatoes), chuchbara (steamed ravioli), lagman (soup with noodles and finely cut meat).
