There are several cuisines that have a great deal of meat dishes and these may be cooked on a regular basis. However, with Gujarati cuisine, this is not the case. Though Gujarati cuisine is believed to be largely one that is vegetarian, there are also meat dishes in it, and surprisingly, there are several of them. Though people may not cook them regularly or regularly, they still exist.

Some meat-based appetizers include: Chicken Tikka, Boti Kabab, Meat Samosa, Chicken Pakora and Fish Pakora.

Other than the appetizers, Gujarati cuisine might have small dishes such as the following: Amritsari Fish, Buunna Gosht, Dum Ke Kebab, Gosht Dhaba, Gosht Haandi, Haryali Chicken Wings, Kastoori Kebab, Keema Matar, Malai Seekh Kebab, Meat Samosa, Nargisi Kofta, Reshmi Kebab, Rogan Josh, Saag Meat, Seekh Kebab, Shahi Korma Biryani, Chicken Achari, Chicken Chilly, Chicken Dhaba, Chicken Golden Fingers, Chicken Malai, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Tikka Kali Mirch, Chicken Tikka, Chiken Samosa, Tandoori Fish Tikka, Tandoori Garlic Shrimp, Tandoori Ginger Shrimp and Tandoori Shrimp.

As you can see from the above list, that there is an adequate number of meat dishes, and there is a variety among them as well.

Some are made from chicken, fish or beef and lamb. This adds considerable variety to Gujarati cuisine.
