Fiji cuisine implies cooking with a lot of meat like pork, beef or poultry. Beside the local Fijian meat dishes one can always find a large number of tasty meat dishes from the international cuisine. Being a people of hunters, many of the main courses implies meat from hunted animals. In Fiji chefs have special recipes to cook meat and to add more flavor to any meat dish they use a lot of tropical fruits and special ingredients.
