The pisco is a local drink, which is also served in Peru. This beverage is a hard one and it is served in a drink called the Pisco sour. Another strong drink is the aquardiente, also known as the local firewater. The canelazo, locally known as canelito, is a popular party drink, which contains water, sugar, lemon, cinnamon and sugar cane alcohol. Ecuadorian people also enjoy the fruit juices (jugos), especially made from exotic fruits: made of orange and tomatoes (naranjila), blackberry (guanabana) and passion fruit (maracuya). There is also a spectrum of cocktails with rum: Pina Clolada, Daquiris or Cuba Libre.
