Callaloo soup- a special dish consumed manly during the national holidays.this dish is made using spinach and okra. In order to add some extra flavour to the soup one can always add some coconut, pigtail or crab.

Cou-cou- this is a dish made by blending of cornmeal, butter and okra. Usually Cou- Cou is served with fish and callaloo.

Roti-this dish has some Indian roots. The ingredients are ingeniously mixed and served with vegetables or curried meat.
