The migan is a local dessert, based on fruits, mainly bananas and breadfruits, which are mashed and sweetened. There are also various doughnuts with sweet fillings and French pastries made of white flour. The bananas are used for various sweet punches, such as the ti-punch, which contains rum, sugar cane and lime.
