Beef and Eggplant Moussaka- is a dish very popular not only in Bahrain, but in many Islamic countries all around the world. Generally this dish is made with ground beef or lamb, cheese sauce and eggplant, but some recipes mention only the usage of eggplant, beef and other vegetables.

• Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry- this is a dish very easy to prepare and it consist in using vegetable oil, teriyaki sauce, pepper, onion, sweet red pepper and cornstarch.
• Seafood Bisteeya- for preparing this dish one should better use large pieces of shrimp and thick chunks of skinless sea bass, halibut, cod, swordfish or monkfish. For seasoning should be a used ingredient like olive oil, peeled tomatoes, cumin, parsley, paprika, lemon juice and cilantro.
