  1. Put eggs, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler over hot water.
  2. Cook and beat constantly for about 6 minutes until mixture is very thick and light.
  3. Add wine and beat again until mixture is very thick.
  4. Pour into stemmed dessert glasses.
  5. This may be served warm or chilled.
