  1. Saute minced garlic in butter or oil for 30 seconds.
  2. Add peeled de-veined shrimp, chopped scallions, salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring often until shrimp is done.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice and zest.
  5. Serve with linguine pasta.
