- Makes 6 cups
- 6 cups carrots, julienned or grated
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise or combination of mayo and sour cream
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- Combine carrots and caraway seeds.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and toss with carrots.
- Correct seasonings and refrigerate several hrs before serving.
