- 4 tbl Dry red wine
- 1 x clove garlic, crushed
- 2 x onions, sliced
- 3 x bay leaves
- salt/pepper

- Shread meat, set aside.
- Saute Onion and green pepper in oil. Add ingredients for sauce and simmer 30 minutes more.
