  1. First cook ground beef for about 15 – 20 minutes.
  2. Add the beans and simmer for about another 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Add just a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Stir.
  5. Next add the garlic salt, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Chop the tomatoes and onions.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  9. Add the shredded cheese on top.
