  1. Cut mamey in half lengthwise; remove seed.
  2. Peel and cut lengthwise into 1 inch slices and set aside.
  3. Place margarine in a large skillet; place over medium heat until margarine melts.
  4. Add brown sugar and lime juice; stir well.
  5. Add mamey; cook 2 minutes.
  6. Turn mamey slices, and cook an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Add orange juice and brandy.
  8. Ignite brandy mixture with a long match; let flames die down.
  9. Arrange mamey slices on each of 4 dessert plates; spoon sauce evenly over fruit and top each with ¼ cup frozen yogurt.
  10. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
  11. Serve immediately.
