Caramel Popcorn Clusters
28 to 30 caramels 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup sugar 2 quarts popped popcorn 1 cup peanuts
Mix caramels, water and sugar in pan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and comes to a full boil. Continue to stir and boil for 5 minutes. Mix popcorn and nuts in large container. Pour caramel mixture over top. Using 2 forks, toss quickly to coat well. Spread mixture on cookie sheets. Let stand until cold, the bread into clusters.
