Caramel Dip

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz) 1/2 cup commercial caramel sauce

Beat cream cheese in mixing bowl at medium speed of mixer until creamy. Add caramel sauce, and mix well. Spoon into a serving bowl. Serve at room temperature with apple slices or pretzels. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Source: Ann Berling
