CANNING green tomatoes

Wash and slice tomatoes. Put in jars. Put in pressure cooker and fill with water to cover the jars completely. Bring to boil; boil 10 minutes. Take out. (Keep lid on while boiling.) It's easier if you use wide mouth jars. Just open and fry as you do in the summer.
