3 T. butter 4 firm bananas, peeled and cu tin half lengthwise and crosswise 3 T. sugar
Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add bananas cut side down; cook until lightly browned. Sprinkle sugar over bananas and cook until glazed. Serve warm. makes 4 servings. Tip: Omit sugar and use as a side dish with pork or fried eggs.
