  • 6 tournedos
  • 100 g of butter
  • 6 croutons of stale bread

Directions Edit

  1. heat half the butter in a frying pan.
  2. Glaze the croutons
  3. Glaze the tournedos in the remaining butter and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
  4. Serve hot and place tournedos on top of the croutons.
