- 6 tournedos
- 100 g of butter
- 6 croutons of stale bread
Directions[]
- heat half the butter in a frying pan.
- Glaze the croutons
- Glaze the tournedos in the remaining butter and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
- Serve hot and place tournedos on top of the croutons.
